Copyright to Taste of Home 2009...a 4-star recipe which I found online! Their comment: "I've been making this recipe for years because my family really likes it. It's great for busy days because you make it earlier in the day and let it cook."The original recipe calls for ground beef, full-fat milk and full-fat cheese but I've used ground turkey and the reduced fat dairy versions in this recipe to lower the fat content slightly. It was tasty but I have to admit that I overcooked the turkey (forgot about it while I was pre-cooking it!) and would probably create my own mix of chili spices the next time as I usually do for chili...but I wanted to follow the recipe exactly for the first trial!
