Here is how you make Burritos with Re-Beans and Salsa and Cheese:

In a bowl mix beans and salsa. Add Chile powder and Cumin and fried onions mix well.Soften tortillas in microwave for a few seconds so then are easy to fold. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the center of the tortillas and sprinkle a little cheese on top. Now, fold both sides up and then fold top down, next fold bottom up. When you have completed all the tortillas, heat a skillet and spray with cooking spray. Place the wrapped Burritos in the skillet to gently brown on both sides. Let them cook then wrap them in plastic wrap and place them into a freezer bag for storage. They will last about 3-5 days in the refrigerator and 2-3 months in the freezer. To cook, let them thaw overnight in the fridge or place in a microwave for about a minute to thaw.
