3 8" Tortilla Wraps (I used Tumaros Gormet- yum).
1/2 c Kraft Mozzarella Part Skim Shredded Cheese
Honey Mustard

Here is how you make Vegetarian "Beef" and Cheese Burrito:

PREPARE: Have one large and one small skillet ready to go.Chop all your veggies.___________________-First, toss your diced tomato into a large skillet with 1 stalk of diced celery and chopped spinach until tomato juice is all soaked up (The beauty in this is that you don't need any oil or butter). Add 2 cups of Morningstar Griller Crumbles (They don't need to be cooked- just heated). Turn off when mixed.-In the smaller skillet, add your diced onion and butter. Stir frequently on medium-low heat until onion is golden and translucent.-Add the onion to your meat and veggie combo and add salt to taste. I'd suggest you don't use too much, as the meal already contains a good amount of sodium.-Measure out 2/3 cup for each wrap and place in center. Top each with 1/8 c. mozzarella cheese.
