8 oz. Kraft Mexican cheese, shredded
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 4-oz. can chopped green chiles
1/2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese


How Do I Make Cheese and Onion Enchiladas?

Here is how you make Cheese and Onion Enchiladas:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Mix together the Mexican cheese, green chiles and finely chopped onion, and set aside. Place a damp paper towel on a microwave safe plate. Place 4 corn tortillas on the paper towel and top with another damp paper towel. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Dip each corn tortilla in enchilada sauce, then place 1/8th of the cheese filling in each tortilla, roll up and place seam down in a 9"X13" baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Continue heating tortillas and filling them until all are in the baking dish.
