Place a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of the storage container. lay the tortila out on a counter and place the shredded pork on the tortilla shell and roll up. Place in a microwave safe container. Repeat untill you run out out of pork or containers. Pour the enchilada sauce over the enchiladas, next sprinkle cheese generously over the enchiladas.
