In frying pan, brown breakfast sausage to desired doneness, rinse and drain then add to crock pot. Cut cheese melt into cubes and place in crock pot. Dice onion and place in crockpot. Drain Ro*Tel and add to crockpot. Set crock pot to low and cook for approximately 1 hour or until cheese is melted.
