Here is how you make Cheesy and "Meaty" Vegetarian Quesadilla:

In a bowl, combine the beef-style crumbles, beans and taco seasoning and microwave for a few seconds (just until warm).Spread cheese wedge over one of the tortillas. Spoon "beef" mixture onto tortilla. Tear up the cheese slice and randomly throw over the "beef". Add the fire sauce and cover with shredded lettuce. Spoon the salsa over the lettuce.Place the other tortilla over the layers and press down. Put the tortilla into a heated skillet and saute for a few minutes until the bottom is golden brown then flip it over and saute on the opposite side until it's crispy as well.Remove from pan and cut into four slices.You can serve this with some sour cream if you want.
