Blend tomatillo, garlic, sour cream, yogurt, chicken broth, oregano, chili powder, lime juice and chiles in bullet until makes a slightly chunky sauce. Pour half over chicken fillets and marinate for 1 hour. After marinated, bake chicken covered at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.Mince chicken in bullet until just shredded.Put tortillas in juices from chicken and add some chicken, 1/2 cup spinach, some sauce (leave about half for later), and about a tablespoon of shredded cheese to each tortilla.
