Place 2 tbsp Canola Oil in large skillet over medium heat. Put onions, all peppers, and garlic into skillet. Cook over medium heat until all vegetables are cooked to desired doneness. While vegetables are cooking, cut up chicken breasts into bit size pieces. When vegetables are cooked to desired doneness, add chicken; salt and pepper to taste, and cook until chicken is no longer pink. When vegetables and chicken are are done cooking, add fajita seasoning and mix well.
