2 La Banderita Low Carb Low Fat Soft Tacos
2 oz chopped (cooked with taco seasoning) chicken breast
1/3 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp reduced fat sour cream

Homemade pico de gallo:
.25 diced tomato
1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 tsp chopped red onion
1 tsp lime juice


How Do I Make Low Fat Chicken Quesedilla?

Here is how you make Low Fat Chicken Quesedilla:

Toss chicken breasts in taco seasoning (to taste) and stir fry until golden brown. Lightly brush one side of tortilla and lay down in a separate pan (preferrably non-stick, or use non-stick spray). Sprinkle half of the cheese on the tortilla, top with diced chicken (spread it out over the tortilla), sprinkle rest of cheese over chicken. Lightly brush one side of another tortilla and lay face out on top of tortilla in the pan. Cook on medium-medium high heat for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and pico de gallo. (Pico de gallo=mix diced tomato, cilantro and red onion in small bowl.
