Here is how you make Cream of Chile-Chicken Soup:

In large saucepan or Dutch oven saute onions and garlic until soft. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in milk, cream of chicken soup, corn, salsa, and chile peppers, cilantro. Bring to a boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Serve with cornbread or tortilla chips.
