1 cup fresh deli salsa, mild
1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
1 (11 oz) can corn, drained
1 (15oz) can black beans, drained (reduced sodium if available)
5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ? cooked & cubed(about 4 cups)
2 tsp ground cumin
1 Tb lime juice (optional)
1 (1.27 oz) pkg dry fajita seasoning (use about ? of the pkg)

Here is how you make Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup:

Makes about 15 1-cup servings. In an extra large pot over medium heat, saut? garlic in butter for 5 minutes. Gradually add flour, stirring well. Cook for 1 minute more. Add the broth and half-and-half. Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring frequently. This may take 5+ minutes.Reduce heat to med-low and add all the rest of the ingredients except the tortilla chips and cheese. Stir and continue heating for 15 minutes.Crumble desired amount of tortilla chips into individual bowls. Sprinkle with cheese and ladle in the soup. Top each bowl with additional crumbled chips and shredded cheese. Enjoy!Tip:Cook the chicken the day before by wrapping each individual breast in foil (like a packet), place in a 9x13 pan and bake for 30-35 min in a 350 degree oven, until the center is cooked.
