Place chicken in deep pan cover with water and simmer 20-25 minutes, until cooked.Meanwhile, heat olive oil in skillet and cook onion until tendor.Cut tortillas into strips (1/2 in wide and 2-3 inches long).Empty soup cans into large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 can water drained green chilis, rotel and cooked onions. Set aside.Cut cheese into small pieces.
