1 lb lean ground beef
1 large white onion, finely chopped

1 398 ml can of No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
1 369 ml can Tomato Paste
1 540 ml can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 398ml can Red Kidney Beans
1 large yellow bell pepper, finley chopped
1 large orange bell pepper, finely chopped
5 garlic cloves, chopped

5 tsp chili powder
5 tsp fajita seasoning
3 tblsp black bean sauce
3 tsp garlic powder

Here is how you make Healthy Chili:

Saute onions and beef in olive oil until onions are soft, and beef is no longer pink.Add tomato sauce and paste and cook over medium heat for 5 mins, siring regularly.Add beans, pepper & garlic and mix well.Sprinkle all the seasonings on the top of the chili, and stir well.Turn heat down to low, and let simmer for about 2 hours.Serve with low fat cheddar and low fat sour cream, and warm corn bread if desired (not included in nutritional value)Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CHELSEYWOL.
