How Do I Make One Pot Black Bean Chili?

Here is how you make One Pot Black Bean Chili:

Put black beans to boil for about an hour and half, or use canned or precooked beans.In a separate pot, brown ground beef in sesame oil until pink disappears. Add onions, garlic, oregano, and parsley and stir, turn down the flame and allow to cook about 10 minutes. When cooked through remove from flame. When the beans have been cooked until they are soft, add the tomatoes to the pot, stirring as you add them add also 2 cups of water, a package of mixed vegetable and the rice.Stir together and leave to simmer a bit, once bubbles begin to form, add the ground beef, sugar, cumin, hot peppers and salt to taste.Stir well, and cook on high until rice begins to get fluffy.Stir again then turn the flame on low, cook until rice is done.
