1 TBSP + 1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 TBSP chili powder
2 tsp coarse Kosher salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP fresh cilantro, chopped

Here is how you make Melissa's Last Minute Chili:

Saute diced onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add tomatoes, black beans, and kidney beans to pot with their liquid. Drain pinto beans and add to pot. Add all spices except cilantro and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in cilantro (chopped) just before serving. The cumin measurements are accurate.
