Saute ground sirloin and in dutch oven over medium heat.Add onion, garlic, green bell pepper and jalape?o to beef mixture and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Add the pepper, oregano, chili powder and green chilies. Cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and stir.Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
