How Do I Make Chili con Patatas!?

Here is how you make Chili con Patatas!:

Prehead brioler to high or 475. Wash and Oil Peppers with 1tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place on a baking sheet and roast until skin is charred. Once peppers are done, place the peppers in a large bowl, and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside to steam. Meanwhile, Chop Onions, Garlic, Potatoes, and Tomatoes. Heat 1tbsp in a Duch Oven over medium head. Add Onions and Garlic and sautee until translucent. Add spices and toast for a few moments, then add Vegetable broth and water to pot. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until slightly firm. While potatoes are cooking, peel the charred skin from the roasted peppers. Seed and roughly chop, then add to the pot. Check the potatoes, if done, add chopped tomatoes. This would also be a great time to add some green. Kale would be a really good choice as the bitterness would balance the strong flavors of the dish. Other optional toppings include: green onions, vegan sour cream, chopped avocado's, and vegan cheese.
