2 Cans of Kidney Beans (400 g each with liquid added)
6 Tomatoes Diced ~ 2.5 cups
~ 1 Cup of Red and White onion mixed, diced
~1/2 cup green peppers, diced
~1/3 cup of red peppers, diced
~500 g ground pork, cooked
1 liter of tomato juice (~34 oz)
1/2 liter (16 oz) of water
1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
6 small to medium garlic cloves
*Add Paprika to taste (I added ~1.5 tbsp)


How Do I Make Simple Chili?

Here is how you make Simple Chili:

Start by chopping the tomatoes and placing them in a large pot. Add kidney beans, tomato juice, water, and half the taco seasoning. Put on low to simmer while continuing preparation.Chop green pepper, red pepper, onion and place in frying pan with about a tbsp of sunflower or olive oil. Grate garlic into pan. Saute until veggies look soft and start to look somewhat translucent (there should also be a great aroma coming off from these veggies). Add these veggies to your tomato base.While the base is simmering, cook the ground pork in a frying pan. Once the meat is brown and no longer pink, place the meat into the tomato base and add the rest of the taco seasoning pack. Add Paprika to taste.
