Chop and prepare all vegetables.2. Over a low heat saute the onions and celery for 5 minutes then add crushed garlic and fry for a further 3 minutes.3. Add in the remaining vegetables and fry for 5 minutes before adding in the chilli, paprika and cumin.4. Cook on a low heat for 5 minutes to allow spices to develop.5. In a seperate pan dry-fry the ground meats until cooked through, then add to the vegetable mix along with the stock cube, water, canned tomatoes, tomato puree and sugar.6. Bring to the boil and then allow to simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.7. Add the kidney beans and simmer for a further 10 minutes.8.
