Use spatula and score to make chips (divide in half both directions, twice, then score diagonally through the squares). Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 12 hours until crispy. TO dehydrate faster, flip after 8 hours. (Note: I flipped after 12 hours since I had corn chip chews, and cook a few hours more.
