Mix all ingredients together in crock pot (slow cooker). Heat on low for 3-4 hours or high 2-3 hours. If desired, add meat and adjust cooking time accordingly. When using meat I mix everything except some of the salsa in the bottom of the crock pot. Then lay the meat on top of that. Then poor the rest of the salsa over the chicken/pork.
