Coat a deep 12-inch nonstick skillet or a 4-quart saucepan with cooking spray, and preheat over medium heat. Add the turkey and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring to crumble, until no longer pink. Stir in all of the remaining ingredients, except the macaroni and the cheese, and mix well. Increase the heat to high, and bring to a boil. Stir in the macaroni, and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
