1 can green chilis
1 cup enchilada sauce
0.75 cup shredded cheese
1 can green giant mexicorn (optional)

Here is how you make Easy Cheesy Enchiladas:

Brown and season beef, add green chilis and simmer for a few minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray casserole dish. Stuff enchiladas with beef and optional corn. Top with sauce and cheese. Bake about 20-25 minutes until bubbly. I usually stuff mine with the corn mix, but you can serve it as a side dish or simply omit.
