Cook and cube chicken. Prepare rice according to directions on box. Mix beans, tomatoes and soup. Stir in chicken and rice. Pour mixture into a 8x10 ungreased baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, uncover and add cheeses. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
