Microwave eggs with margarine and sprinkled with Salt & pepper for 1 minute at 50% power, taking out after each minute and stirring (2-3 rounds). Let it sit while you chop the lettuce, tomato, onion. Heat oil in a 6-inch wide saute pan at above Medium heat until sizzling (you want the oil at least 1/2-3/4-in. deep).
