Heat up a skillet and add a little oil. Put a tortilla on it and smear the oil around. Cover with a lid for a couple minutes to trap the heat and make the tortilla nice and soft. Remove tortilla, add chorizo and let that cook a couple minutes, stirring it a little. You want it kind of dry. Crack an egg over it, and scramble for ten or twenty seconds, and then turn the heat off.
