Remove and set aside to cool.In same pan, add chopped peppers, onions, garlic and sautee in juices until very soft.Add condensed soup and water/broth, more of same spices (to taste - at least 1 tsp each) to the sauteed veggies to create the nortino sauce. Allow sauce to simmer for at least 30 min while you prep assembly.Shred room-temp cooked chicken; grate cheesesIn a large roasting pan (lasagna-type) spread a spoonful of sauce.Roll 4 oz shredded chicken, pinch of shredded cheese and ~1/4 c. sauce inside each tortilla, place in pan rolled edge down.
