What Are The Ingredients For Fajita's Recipe?The ingredients for Fajita's are: 1 Pack McCormick Fajita Seasoning Mix8 Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita size tortillas 1 Tbsp olive oil 3 Tbsp Lawry's Mesquite Marinade 3 Boneless Skinless chicken Breast (16 ounces/ 1 pound) 1.5 cup Bell Pepper-Green 1 Cup onion chopped 1/4 cup water How Do I Make Fajita's?Here is how you make Fajita's: Cut 3 chicken breasts into bitesize pieces, then marinade them in the Lawry's Mesquite Marinade for at least 30 minutes. Cut the Bell pepper and onion into slices while you are waiting. After the 30 minutes is up, heat the olive oil in a skillet and cook the chickenover medium high heat. When the chicken turns white remove it from the skillet and cook the bell pepper and onion 5-6 minutes. Return the chicken and add 1/4 cup water and seasoning packet, cook for 5-6 minutes. While you are finishing cooking heat the tortillas. I use a cast iron tortilla cooker.
