Spray the bottom of a large ovenproof skillet with Crisco no stick cooking spray. Saute chicken, onion, pepper, lime juice, salt, cumin and chili powder until chicken juices run clear.Pour Egg Beaters over chicken mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until eggs are nearly set. Uncover; broil 6in. from heat for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are completely set. Sprinkle with cheese.
