6 tbsp Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
Canola Oil Cooking Spray
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1.5 heaping cups Vinegary Slaw

Here is how you make Fish Soft Tacos with Vinegary Slaw:

Prepare the vinegary slaw a couple hours in advance if possible to let the flavors combine, if you're in a hurry its still good without the wait!Heat a medium skillet coated in cooking spray over medium heat. Once the skillet is hot add your tilapia. Season with the spices. Truth is I never measure my spices I just shake them straight in and eyeball it! Cook for about 3-4 minutes and flip. Cook another 3-4 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakey. Flake the fish with your spatula into small chunks.Meanwhile heat another medium skillet coated with cooking spray, once hot toss in a tortilla and heat until browning, flip and cook another 1-2 minutes or until that side is browned. Repeat with the other tortillas (or if you don't want to waste the energy you can just spray them and put them on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven on 375 until browned.divide the flaked fish over the three tortillas, top with a heaping half cup of vinegary slaw and two tbsp of fat free sour cream.
