Here is how you make Spicey Fish Bowl:

Heat oven to 400. Season fish with 1T chili powder, 1T cumin, and 1/2 t of cayenne. Bake for 20 min. Flake and set aside. Cook rice according to package directions. Drain and rinse beans. Chop pepper, onion and garlic finely and saute in oil till soft. Set aside. Saute corn till slighty browned. Add beans and heat through. Combine fish, rice and vegetables in a bowl. Chop avocado.
