1/2 c mayonnaise
1t wasabi paste
4T chopped fresh cilantro
6-8 cabbage leaves whole with the thick stems removed for wrapping

Rough chop or slice the chiles and put them in your saute pan with the oil over med heat. (the chiles are only used to flavor the oil and are then discarded)Cut the fish into bite sized chunksSaute the fish in the chiles and oil until opaque and starting to flake.While the fish is cooking, mix together the mayonnaise, wasabi and 1T of the cilantro.Remove fish to a serving plate leaving the chiles and oil behind.Serve with cabbage leaves smeared with wasabi cilantro mayo and fresh cilantro sprinkled over the top.
