First zap the jalapeno in the microwave for 1 minute to bring out all the flavors and then remove stem and slice in half.Cut your onion into fourths and cut stems off 1/2 of the bunch of cilantro.In food processer, put your jalapeno, the small onion, the garlic and the cilantro.Pulse for a few minutes to coursely chop.Add the canned tomatoes, the fresh tomatoes, the juice of the lime and the cumin.
