Preheat oven to about 400 degrees (my oven runs hotter than it should, so test your personal oven for perfection).Cut tortillas into quarters. Cut as many as you want. Typically when I do this, I cut up corn and flour tortilla chips to make my husband and children happy, but the La Tortilla chips are mine!Take a large mixing bowl and mix the spices. Spray the chips and put them in the bowl and mix with your hand until all the chips are coated.Place tortillas on the baking sheet to where their edges barely touch or don't touch at all. Any that overlap may become attached to each other.Place baking sheet in oven and allow to cook until edges start to brown. My oven takes about 8 minutes to get the chips crispy.
