Here is how you make Vegetarian Mexican Lasanga:

Add olive oil to med heat pan. Saute onions, chili and garlic with salt till soft. Add pepper, squash and mushrooms and let soften. Add chili powder and cumin and cook for another minute. Add beans, tomatoes, and corn and cook for about five minutes. Adjust salt and spices.Layer half the veggie mixture, followed by half the torillas cut in half so they will fit, and then 1/3 the cheese. Repeat the layers a second time with the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes. Left stand for a few minutes before eating.
