Spray a baking sheet with fat free cooking spray and layer the potatoes on. Season the potatoes with salt & pepper. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.Meanwhile, cook the ground turkey. When done add taco seasoning and black beans. Cook another 8-10 minutes over medium heat.Top the potatoes with the turkey.black bean mixture and add the salsa and cheese.
