Jack) cheese How Do I Make Pastel De Montezuma (Montezuma Pie)?Here is how you make Pastel De Montezuma (Montezuma Pie): 6 1/2 quart servingsPreparation:Mix together sour cream and milk until well blended - set aside. In blender or food processor, blend tomatillos, garlic, and cilantro. In skillet, heat oil and cook onions and chiles until onion is transparent. Mix onion and chile mixture in bowl with tomatillo mixture - set aside. Preheat oven to 350 and spray 3-quart casserole dish. In microwave, warm wrapped corn tortillas for 30-seconds.
