Arrange potato slices on a microwavable plate. Sprinkle with Cumin and Salt, cover with plastic wrap, and poke holes to vent. Microwave 6-10 minutes (depending on your microwave power) The center of each potato slice should be soft, not crunchy when done.Top each slice with some of the salsa, then some of the black beans, then the cheese.
