.5 large onion, small dice
4 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
2 clove Garlic, pressed or chopped fine
1 serving cooking spray 4 second spray
1 tsp Salt
.5 tsp freshly cracked black pepper or to taste

Here is how you make Cilantro-Lime Brown Basmati Rice:

Cook rice according to package instructions, use pre-cooked leftover rice, or...Place dry rice, water, 1/2 tsp salt, and Mrs. Dash blend in pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover, allowing to lightly simmer and steam (without peeking or removing lid!) for 20 minutes or until water is fully absorbed.
