While cooking, dice the tomatoe, shred lettuce and cheese. Set aside.When the rice is done, add the veggie ground round, Taco Seasoning and 1 cup water. Stir well and keep on low heat until veggie ground round is heated through. Ensure that you stir frequently otherwise the mixture will stick to the bottom of the pot.
