Here is how you make Taco Salad no chips - Virta Health:

Brown your ground beef ( 1.25 pounds = 20 oz) and drain off the grease.Add 1/4 Cup or 160 g of Taco Seasoning and 2/3 Cup water. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes and then again drain. Measure your meat out into individual serving containers (mine turned out to be 4 oz. per container.) Separate your lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese into individual servings size. My lettuce was 70g, my tomatoes (drained) were 5g and my cheese was 40g. I keep the meat separate so I can heat it up before eating. I put the lettuce and tomatoes into one container and the cheese in a zip lock baggie. When ready to eat, heat your meat in the microwave. While it is warming, put down your bed of lettuce and tomatoes. Put the meat on top of this and quickly add your cheese so it melts on top. I then added 1 TBS of Sour Cream. Mix it all up and eat.Serving Size:?4 servings
