1 tsp crused red pepper flakes
2 cloves minced garlic

1 c green peppers - bite size chunks
1 c red onion - bite size chunks
1.5 c chopped tomato - bite size chunks
salsa verde
1 bag Dole summer salad blend
2/3 C fiesta blend cheese
4 oz crushed bite size Tostitos

How Do I Make Turkey Fajita Salad?

Here is how you make Turkey Fajita Salad:

Combine marinade in ziploc bag with turkey chunks and let meld for half an hour. Heat a large skillet to med high. Stir fry turkey til a bit brown and mostly cooked through. Remove turkey and cover. Reduce heat to med low, add peppers and onions, season with salt and pepper. Put a lid on to retain turkey juices and simmer til crisp tender. Add tomatoes and turkey back to pan, reduce heat to low with lid on and simmer 10 minutes.
