Here is how you make Eggs Salsa:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a ramekin or small oven proof cup with Pam. Sprinkle ham bits on bottom. Add 1 T of your favorite salsa or hot sauce. Carefully break an egg over the ham and salsa and bake 11-13 min or until egg white is almost set.
