Here is how you make Steph's Fresh Salsa:

First you need to blanch the tomoatoes to remove the skins. After the skins are removed, chill tomatoes in the fridge until no longer hot. Remove the stem and seed from the jalapeno (Make sure you wear gloves, the oil from the jalapeno will stay on your fingers for a couple of days). Chop the onion and jalapeno into fine pieces. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until you reach a satisfactory consistency. Taste test as you may want to change amounts of seasoning or onion.
