Here is how you make Salsa:

1. Boil the tomatoes until the skin is fixing to come off, then peel off the skins.2. Place tomatoes in blender3. Dice 1 onion, place in blender4. Cut up one bunch or 8 tbsp's of cilantro and place in blender.5. Squeeze 1 lime (just juice) into blender.6. BLEND until puree or to your liking, this will not take long at all.7. Pour into container(s) and place in fridge. Takes a couple hours to cool.Servings: not sure as this could be served in tbsp, cups, ounces, etc...
