2 bunches of shallots (use all of it)
1-5 jalapeno peppers (Depending on how spicy you want it)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 to 1 cup water

Here is how you make Salsa:

1. Boil jalapeno peppers for 10 minutes until tender.2. Cut them in half and deseed with a spoon and chop up.3. Chop all shallots.4. Put oil into a pot with chopped jalapeno peppers and shallots. 5. Saute until clear. DO NOT BROWN!6. While shallots & jalapenos are getting tender, put tomatoes in a blender & puree to the consistency you like.7. Once shallots & jalapenos are clear & tender, add tomatoes with 1/2 to 1 cup water. 8. Cook on medium fire for 15 minutes ONLY.
