This smoothie is great for digestion, I like to have my first dose before starting my day because it helps me eliminate anything that might be in my system from previous days. Also if you don't want to use the flaxseed oil, I sometimes use the actual flax seeds and leave them soaking over night in the water that I was going to use for the smoothie the next day. I really like having this smoothie on Monday morning and mid-day to help clean out my system from eating out in the weekend. You can change the amount of fruit you use if you find that you don't want such a thick consistency. I prep on sunday night for the week and peel my ingredients and pack them in single or double servings and freeze them for the week and that way im not lazy in the morning to make the smoothie.
