2 tblsp roasted red peppers ( jar) diced
1 tbsp "Garden fresh blends mexican herb & spices" ( refrigerated section in the fresh vegies) comes in a tube.

Here is how you make Southwestern Talapia:

Heat oil, cook peppers, garlic and onions until tender. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, garden fresh herbs and cook for 1-3 mins so spices have time to meld. Add frozen corn and cook over med-high heat 5-7 mins to carmalize the vegies .move corn mixture to side and place fish directly on hot pan, cover with corn mixture and and cover pan with lid. cook until fish is completely cooked and flakes easily with a fork. about 10 mins turning fish after 5 mins you want fish to pick up some nice color and flavors from the spices. Serve 1 fillet topped with the corn and pepper mixture.Serving Size:?4-6 Talapia fillets
