How Long Does Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito Recipe Take To Cook?Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito takes 15 minutes to cook. How Many Servings Does Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito Recipe Make?Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito makes 4 servings. What Are The Ingredients For Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito Recipe? The ingredients for Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito are: 4 Mission Flour Tortilla, Burrito Size, Large1 lb of ground turkey (organic or cage free preferred) Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix, 1 Packet Approx 8 tablespoons: Muir Glen Organic Salsa, whatever you prefer flavor Approx 1/2 cup: Old El Paso Fat Free refried beans Approx 1/2 cup: Cabot Sharp Shredded Cheddar (or whatever cheese you prefer, just adjust calories). How Do I Make Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito? Here is how you make Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito: Cook turkey with a small amount of olive oil or pam. When fully cooked follow the directions on the back of the taco packet for completing the meat. While the meat is cooking, preheat the grill pan or Panini maker. Take one tortilla and at the end closest to you spread about two tbsp. of refried beans. Top that with about a quarter of the meat mixture, approx. four tbsp. Top that with two pinch fulls of shredded cheese, use your discretion, basically to cover the meat. Top that with two tbsp. of salsa. Roll tortilla, by first folding the sides in and then beginning to roll, tucking in the sides as you roll until you get it completely tucked and rolled. Once finished place flap side down. Complete four more times. Depending how big your grill pan or Panini maker is, you put 2 to 4 burritos onto the pan until grilled to your liking. I usually do two at a time and keep the cooked ones in the oven on a cookie sheet on warm to say warm as I'm cooking the other two. I did find that the Cabot cheese doesn't melt as well as others because of the low fat content so I raised the temp to 200 and kept the burritos in the oven for about 10 min to make sure the cheese was melted. That is the prob with low fat cheese, so if you feel like using "real" cheese I don't see the harm in it It is a very small amount, probably not even an ounce. I eat it like a hot pocket or with a knife and fork. I usually make some sort of yellow rice with beans...its so goodEnjoy!!!Serving Size: Makes 4 BurritosNumber of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ECLIPSETLW7.What's The Nutritional Info For Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito? The nutritional information for Totally Filling Stuffed Burrito is:
